Sourcing

More than one data source, deduped

Signals are pulled from more than one source (business-event data and Google News headlines) and merged. When two sources report the same kind of event for the same firm, Vitae keeps the higher-confidence one, so you see the opening once, not three times.

Scan

Runs in the background every week

A scheduled scan runs every Monday and checks each active firm in your universe. You can also hit Scan now to refresh on demand. A freshness window skips firms that were just scanned, so you are not paying for the same look twice.

Scoring

Every signal gets a score and a tier

Each signal is sorted into an urgency tier and given a confidence score, so the strongest openings rise to the top of the list. Weaker, watch-only signals stay out of your way instead of cluttering the queue.

Monitoring

Pick the firms and people to watch

Build your firm universe by importing a list of names (paste them in, one per line, with an optional website). Add senior executives to a people-watch roster. Placed candidates are watched automatically once they are marked placed in your ATS. Monitoring starts the moment a firm is in your universe.

Act on it

Turn a signal into outreach or a deal

From the ranked list you can promote a signal into a CRM opportunity, start outreach (which drafts a task in your Signals inbox to send from your own email), log an outcome, or dismiss it so it stops resurfacing. Everything stays inside the same workspace as the rest of your recruiting work.

Stay close when a placement moves
